You can also pair a company-paid offering with an employee-paid cooler for extra choices without an additional food and beverage subsidy.
Each offering can have its own funding arrangement. We handle inventory, restocking, and service across the whole setup.

Standard commercial refrigeration is included at no additional equipment charge with qualifying company-paid programs.

What does a program cost?
It depends on how much your company wants to contribute to each offering. These options can stand alone or be combined:
Employee-paid: The program has no out-of-pocket cost to your company. We install an AI smart cooler at no cost, and employees pay for each item they choose.
Employer-subsidized: Your company pays a portion of the food and beverage expense, lowering the price employees pay in the AI smart cooler. For example, a soda normally priced at $1.75 could cost an employee $0.99 or $0.50, depending on the agreed company contribution. These prices are illustrative.
Company-paid: Your company covers the full cost of the agreed complimentary offering, such as a cereal and fruit bar or snacks and drinks in a standard commercial refrigerator. Standard commercial refrigeration is included at no additional equipment charge with qualifying company-paid programs, and we keep the selection stocked. Employees help themselves without checkout. An employee-paid or subsidized AI smart cooler can be added alongside it.

Your proposal confirms qualification, any minimum monthly spend or contract term, company contributions, product pricing, and service terms.
Can we combine programs at one workplace?
Absolutely. You can fund different offerings in different ways. For example, provide a company-paid cereal breakfast bar with fresh fruit, then add an employer-subsidized AI smart cooler so employees can buy additional snacks and drinks at reduced prices. Or pair complimentary refreshments with an employee-paid cooler. We’ll agree on the product selection, equipment, and funding for each part, and handle inventory, restocking, and service across the whole program.
Can we request particular snacks and drinks?
Absolutely—we encourage it! Tell us what your team enjoys, including favorite brands and better-for-you options. We’ll tailor the selection around their preferences, product availability, and the shelf and cooler space available at your location.
